Yes. More than 90% of founders active in Dubai's DIFC ecosystem are non-UAE nationals. DIFC's regulatory framework explicitly supports international founders, with 100% foreign ownership permitted under the Innovation Licence structure. The UAE's start-up Golden Visa pathway, offering a 5-year renewable residence vis, is also accessible to founders registered through a government-accredited incubator such as DIFC, making Ignyte membership a legitimate first step towards long-term UAE residency.
